This project is from my participatory design workshops and included participants who were from hunger-focused nonprofits and the local community. In this project, participants proposed a mobile application version of a fresh produce incentive program for a government nutrition program (e.g., Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program; colloquially known as Food Stamps) recipients.
I employed different methods to match the participant’ goals in the workshops and to facilitate discussions. For this group, given that we were working on both a service and an application, I used storyboarding, design scenarios, service blueprints, and sketching to facilitate conversations to help imagine and design working system, including the mobile application and service.
Based off of our design sessions, I produced wireframes using Balsamiq and a design report.
